How many floors does the building where the apartments are located have?
The building has three floors and no elevator.
Is there an elevator?
There is no elevator, as the property is an ancient Venetian building.
Where is check-in done?
Check-in takes place at the Hotel Sogno di Giulietta e Romeo, just a few steps from the Capuleti apartments.
How far is the check-in location from the booked property?
Dimora Capuleti is only a few steps away.
Are there any other apartments apart from those belonging to the Dimora Capuleti guesthouse?
Access to the apartments is via a gate reserved exclusively for guests who have booked one of our apartments. There are no private apartments sharing the same entrance.
What will I find in the apartment?
The amenities available are listed on each apartment’s page on the booking portal or on our website. All apartments include bed linen (towels and sheets), blankets and pillows, air conditioning/heating.
My flight arrives at night. How can I get the keys to my apartment?
In this case, you can call a dedicated number to open the main door and guide you to your apartment. You will collect the keys from the emergency key box, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How can I reach Dimora Capuleti from Marco Polo Airport?
To reach Dimora Capuleti in Venice from Marco Polo Airport, there are several options: Private water taxi (approx. 25 minutes), Alilaguna Line Orange from the airport with stop at Rialto or Vaporetto from Piazzale Roma (water bus) Line 1 or Line 2 to the San Stae or Rialto stop.

All prices on this website and in all our correspondence are normally expressed in Euro, VAT included.
What is included in the price?
The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels); VAT (Value Added Tax); Final cleaning.
Are the beds double or can they be set up separately in all rooms? How are they arranged for a couple if the apartment has more than one bedroom?
To reduce the final price, beds will be prepared according to the number of people indicated in your reservation. For example, for a couple: if no special request is made, only one double bed will be prepared in one of the two bedrooms. However, if you wish to sleep in separate rooms, we will be happy to accommodate your request—just let us know at least 3 days before your arrival.
Do the apartments include bed and bath linen?
Of course, all our apartments come with bed and bath linen, and utilities (heating, water, etc.) are included in the price, unless otherwise stated.
Can I turn on the heating or air conditioning whenever I want?
According to Italian law (D.P.R. no. 412/1993) for the Venice area: • Heating is allowed from October 15 to April 15, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a maximum temperature of 20°C (68°F). • Air conditioning (if available) can be used only from June 6 to September 3.
Can more people stay in one apartment?
Each apartment listing indicates the MAXIMUM number of guests allowed
What if we have a child under 3 years old?
f you have a child under 3, they may sleep in the parents’ bed. We do not provide cribs

How can I cancel a reservation?
Each rate may have a different cancellation policy, which is always specified in the booking.

Breakfast is not provided, but each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the hotel managed by the same BRT Hospitality group, where you can enjoy breakfast for an additional cost
